We have made our Return/Exchange Process Quick and Easy, so after you read the below terms, you can click HERE and begin!

Money Back Guarantee (Worn Returns):

- Return Must be Initiated within 10 Days from purchase.

- Limited to ONE pair per household.

- After we receive and confirm your return, you can expect to see your refund within 7 Business Days

- Shipping, Taxes and Order Processing fees will be deducted from your Refund Amount.

New/Unworn Returns:

- Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 Days from your Order date.

- After we receive and confirm your return, you can expect to see your Refund within 7 Business Days.

- Shipping, taxes and order processing fees will be deducted from your Refund Amount.


EXCHANGES:

- ONLY NEW/UNWORN Boxer’s may be exchanged! We do our best to show you exactly what you are getting with clear close-up images of our products and clear and accurate size charts to reduce the number of exchanges.

- Let’s Call it Even! You pay to ship your new/unworn boxers back to us and we will cover shipping for your new pair!

My Boxers don’t fit me, but I want another pair in my size!

We can tell this is your first time purchasing our boxers, and we won’t punish you for it!

We will use your one-time use Money Back Guarantee. Instead of a refund you will receive a new pair of boxers in a different size, but we still need those boxers back so we can donate them.


IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION*

Shipping Back for Money Back Guarantee?

- Boxers must be in the Original Britha Zip-Up Bag. Please leave the zipper half zipped so the stench doesn’t get trapped and marinate the underwear! We do need to hand clean these when they come back. We don’t need anyone in our returns department passing out from opening up your returned bag.

- Your Order Number MUST Be Clearly Written on the outside of the Package in Pen or Marker.

- Near the Order Number you MUST write “MBG”, short for Money Back Guarantee.

Received a Defective Product?

Our Boxer Crafters are human! Each Piece is Hand Crafted and we all know mistakes happen. If you believe you received a Defective Product please send detailed pictures of the issues you believe to be defects to brobagbrand@gmail.com If our Returns Manager approves the Defect, we will send you a new pair 100% Free of charge.

Received the Wrong Product?

Our Order Packers are human! Each Order is Hand Packed and although the vast majority of orders are packed correctly it’s possible for one to slip. Please send your Order Number and a picture of the product you received to brobagbrand@gmail.com and we will send you a new pair no questions asked. Keep the pair we mistakenly gave you, on the house!
